المطعم له مدخلان للمدخل الأول 3 درجات والثاني (الرئيسي) له درجة واحدة (موقعه عند منحنى الشارع) ويفضّل استخدامه لأن فيه مصعد مهيأ لذوي الإعاقة الحركية والبصرية. تتوفر مساحة كافية للاصطفاف أمام المطعم مع عدم وجود مواقف مخصصة لذوي الإعاقة، رصيف المدخل مرتفع قليلاً لكن طاقم المطعم جاهز ومتعاون لخدمة الأشخاص من ذوي الإعاقة حيث لا تتوفر منحدرات أو أطراف متصلة مع منسوب الشارع عند الرصيف. عرض أبواب المداخل مناسبة لمستخدمي الكرسي المتحرك، لكن لا توجد أي لوحات إرشادية أو توجيهية عند المداخل.
