"مدخل المنشأة واسع ويوفر وصولا مباشرا إلى المكان لكن على المدخل يوجد عتبة مرتفعة نوعا ما يبلغ ارتفاعها 10 سم تقريبا فيحتاج الشخص الذي يستخدم الكرسي لمساعدة شخص آخر لتخطيها .الباب نفسه مفتوح دائما اثناء استقبال الزبائن الممر داخل المكان واسع يسهل الحركة فيه ولا يوجد عوائق من سجاد او مناظر زينة او غيرها ولا يوجد أبواب داخلية . الألوان والاضائة داخل المحل متباينة متناسبة مع خارجه . اللافتات في المحل لا تخدم ذوي الإعاقة البصرية من حيث ارتفاعاتها وحجم الخط فيها وليس هناك لافتات مكتوبة بأحرف بارزة او بلغة بريل. في الطابق الثاني يوجد صالة خاصة بالمكان لكن يصعب وصول الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة لها لوجود درج بين الطابقين بدون مصعد حتى الدرج غير مزود ببروزات او الوان واضحة لذلك فإن الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة البصرية يمكنهم تخطيها بصعوبة "
